Let’s IAS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Since most of our courses/Services have limited seats course hence we suggest students to read full notification of course, ask for any doubts, access open channels for demo read feedbacks of previous students/customers and when they are fully satisfied then they should join the course. Cancellations may be considered only on the basis of extreme medical situation of student with proper supporting documents. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the course has been started.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Let’s IAS has given special offers or special discounts. Any Refund, if accepted will be on full fees notified in the course notice, not on the basis of discounted fess or the fees you paid. For Example If Fees of Mathematics Optional Course is of 20000 and it was offered at 15000, you purchased it in 15000 for a period of 2 months. Lets suppose your refund is accepted after one month uses the 10000 will be deducted for one month uses @20000 and remaining fess  5000 will be refunded (Administrative Charges, Payment Gateway Charges Deduction will also be adjusted in this 5000 amount). So in case of refund you will be ineligible for any offer, discount or special prices.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
